About me: I'm Paul, a 30-something journalist and photographer living in Buckinghamshire, UK. Through my work with Erotic Trade Only Magazine I was introduced to the British Fetish and BDSM scene in 2003, and over the years I've made many friends in and around it. As I usually have a camera with me, it wasn't long before models were asking for copies of the shots I took for the magazine, and I was getting drawn slowly deeper into the murky world of pro-Dommes and slave girls...

Photography: I prefer a relaxed shooting atmosphere, and don't tend to spend too long on any one shot. Fire and move on is my motto. What I do like to do is discuss the needs of my subject beforehand, to establish what sort of photos are required, and if they're for Internet or print use. I can quickly adapt my style to match the needs of a client and am happy to photograph anything legal, from artistic portraits to full-on porn, via fetish posing and BDSM play.

Film making: As a logical development on from stills photography, in 2007 I began offering a video service too. For web or other use, again I'm happy to video anything legal. I also have editing software to make the most of the footage I take. As this new venture is still in its early days, I'm in the process of finding my own style, but I've been happy with the results so far.

Publications: My photographs of fetish-friendly events have appeared in ETO (Erotic Trade Only) magazine since I began writing for them in 2003. I've also had shots featured in issues 54 and 57 of Skin Two magazine. In addition to this, I appeared in Bizarre magazine with well known fetish model Bianca Beauchamp in the March 2004 issue.

Web Sites: In this modern age, it's not all about paper publications, and I've had my photos used (sometimes with my agreement!) on many web sites. A selection of the ones I know about follows:

• Mistress Xena on a throne at a London Alternative Market (LAM) event in 2006. (It seems to have changed)
  
• Ulorin Vex, part time fetish model and full time twin posed for a photoshoot in a field for me with her sister Amalthea in July 2005. They also gave me an interview.
  
• Lots on the 2006 Skin Two Rubber Ball Weekend gallery pages. Mind, a condition of getting a photo pass is supplying them shots.
  
• Eight 'big ones' on the 2007 Skin Two Expo page. I don't think there are amongst the thumbnails too, though.
  
• Eros-zine.com used three of my photos for their review of the 2006 Ball. The pink lady, the penguin man and the happy couple.
  
• I've collaborated with Goddess Qing on several projects since meeting her at the Rubber Ball. See more of her here.
  
• Sexylatex.com, with a rather random shot of Ulorin Vex and Amalthea reading ETO, the magazine I write for.
