TERMINAL PHOTOGRAPHY INDEX WHEEL NUT INDEX

• Austin Healey 3000, and me. I inherited this car from my father in 2005. It's a 1964 Mk3 model.
• Austin Healey 3000. It was originally exported to California which is why A) There's no rust and B) It's left hand drive.
• My dear old dad's Austin 3 ltr. and Automobelia collection.
• The Healey from above. Sort of speaks for itself. :)
• On the lift. Being able to get under the car give me a new view of it. Sort of obvious, I suppose.
• On the (rolling) road again. The brake test went very well as the car only weighs 1080Kg.
• The engine. It needs this to go. 2912cc of 150hp six-cylinder fun.
• The interior. It needs one of these to take you places. 2+2 seater, as it's the BJ8 model.
• Parked outside the MOT station, waiting for the news...
• In July '06 I took the Healey to Stowe, one of my favourite spots for an automotive snapping session
• A reverse view, looking back along the avenue towards Buckingham. You can see why I love this charming location.
• The arch at Stowe, as seen in the Healey's door mirror. Just a silly quick shot, but I like it.
• In July '06 I visited a meeting of the Austin Healey Owners Club in Wotton, north-west of Oxford.
• The 'Austin Healey 3000' lightning flash on the back of one of the cars at the meet.
• Red Devils! A pair of AH3000 (front one's a Mk111, the back one a MkII) outside the pub.
• Happy-faced Sprites were there too. The rear one had just come back from the south of France. Lots of bugs had died!
• View from the window. Taken from my mate Phil's bedroom window during of summer of '06.
• In the village of Dunsmore in Bucks, taken while geocaching in the area. A nice pastoral scene, but if I'd have been the other side you'd see the duck pond.
• Dammit, I DID take a shot from the other side! Here it is for you to admire and enjoy.
• Outside a chocolate-box-ish cottage. Actually, I should be able to find a better cottage for this sort of shot somewhere...
• Parked by some posh house gates on the road to Oxford. I should go back and get some better shots here, as it's a pretty spot.

Healey1.mpg - 5.44Mb and 34 seconds long, this is a video of me driving the Healey. There's more videos on my Videoramascope page.
